AP - In an obituary of singer-songwriter Delaney Bramlett, The Associated Press, relying on information from a publicist, reported erroneous information about recordings of the song “Superstar,” which Bramlett co-wrote. The Sonic Youth version of the song was included in a 1994 tribute album to The Carpenters. It was not the most recent recording of the song.
